Here is our star softball player, Courtney. She is a senior at Jacksonville State University this 2009 year. She plays second base for the Lady JSU Gamecocks and is one of their power hitters. She is Majoring in Elementary Education.Softball season has started for the year and we are following them around as much as we can. They have played one tournament in Mobile, Alabama - last weekend. This weekend they were off and then next weekend we will travel to Tampa Florida to see them in a tournament there. After a couple more tournaments (Georgia and Tennessee), the regular season will begin. It is a lot of fun to be a fan.
